Green Air BD is looking for a smart, friendly, and responsible Customer Care Executive to manage customer communication and ensure excellent service experience.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, messages, and customer queries
  • Provide accurate information about services and pricing
  • Schedule service appointments for technicians
  • Maintain customer records and follow up
  • Resolve complaints professionally and quickly
  • Coordinate with the technical team

✅ Requirements:

  • Minimum HSC / Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Good communication skills (Bangla & basic English)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Facebook page handling)
  • Customer-friendly attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure

💼 Experience:

  • Freshers can apply
  • Experience in customer service will be an advantage

💰 Salary & Benefits:

  • 10.000 ( Ten Thousand Only)

⏰ Working Hours:

.9 AM – 11 PM (7 days a week)
