- After ordering the service, our technician will contact you. If the service is canceled for any reason after the technician has gone to the home/office, a transportation charge of Tk. 200 is applicable.

- No warranty applicable if customer arrange the parts and matrials
- If there is any problem with the oven within 1 month, we will check it up for free.
